Your order will be delivered directly by our Lambey trucks or by a referenced carrier depending on the volume ordered and the delivery department.
In both cases you will be contacted to make an appointment. It is therefore important to provide a number on which you can easily be reached.
All prices shown include delivery. The price depends on the product chosen, the delivery department and the total weight of your order. The minimum order is 100kg, with prices decreasing thereafter according to the total weight of the order.
It is entirely possible to mix several products in the same order.
For example, an order made up of 200kg of feed A and 100kg of feed B will benefit from the 300kg rate for product A and product B. The choice of tariff applied will depend on the total weight of the order.
The same applies to all tariff bands, there is no limit to the number of different foods per order.
It's important to check the contents and condition of your order on receipt before signing the delivery note certifying that everything is in order.
In the event of a problem (pierced bag, ...), it is important to indicate the number of bags concerned on the delivery note.
If it is not possible for you to check the entire order with the delivery person it is possible to make a reservation on the delivery note. You will then need to send a registered letter to the carrier within 72 hours of delivery confirming this reservation and indicating the exact number of bags concerned.

You can pay by check, bank transfer, Paypal or directly online with a credit card. All payment methods are secure.
For orders paid by check or bank transfer, food will be shipped upon receipt of the check or bank transfer. Shipping times will be slightly longer.
The average delivery time is 5 working days from the time the order is placed (see GCS).
This may vary depending on how long it takes to make an appointment.
To make delivery as easy as possible, you can add a message to your order specifying any special requirements. You can also contact the company on 03 85 72 31 65 from Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm. This information will be added to your customer file.
Invoices are entered on a different software. You can ask for an invoice to be sent by e-mail by leaving a message via your customer account on the site. The invoice is available on average one week after the order dispatch date.
It is possible to modify the content of an order just placed on our site.

If the order has already been dispatched and you wish to maintain the modifications, part of the delivery and return costs will then be at your expense (see the general sales conditions section of the site)
