Avis du vétérinaire

Docteur vétérinaire Philippe Benoît, DVM, DACVSMR

« In practice, for horses that tend to have muscle stiffness [...] I propose a feed enriched with fat (up to 6% for short-term effort disciplines such as CSO and dressage, and up to 9% for the CCE, endurance events, racing, to supply a different source of energy. Fats are twice as energy-dense as sugars (starch), and they generate fewer toxins." »

Master Myo should be used on its own in addition to forage.

We recommend a minimum distribution of 1kg of hay per 100kg of live weight, thus a distribution of 5kg per day for a horse of 500kg.

Quantities should be adjusted according to the weight, body condition, age, level of activity, breed of the horse, taking into consideration the nature, quality and quantity of forage available.
