Stamina for intense and prolonged activity

  • Horses that are difficult to maintain in condition
  • Weight gain without added excitability
  • Build up and maintain body reserves ahead of high energy expenditure
  • Accompany sustained effort; eventing or endurance
  • Maintain optimal body condition: Containing ingredients that are easily digested and efficiently used by the horse, enables the building and maintaining of optimal reserves to deal with high energy expenditure.

  • Non heating: Sources of non-heating energy.

  • Stamina: Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids promote a good resistance to work.  Carnitine contributes to the use of these essential fatty acids.

  • Promotes weight gain: Increased calorie content and the energy density of the ration.

  • Omega 3 and omega 6: Vegetable oil is a source of Omega 3 and Omega 6.

  • Promotes stamina:  Rice bran, rapeseed oil and extruded linseed are energy sources adapted for endurance work.

  • Supports muscle function: Enriched in vitamin E and selenium, these antioxidants participate in the good functioning of muscles.

Wheat bran, Maize flakes, Dried alfalfa, Barley flakes, Rapeseed oil, Expanded barley, Rice bran, Calcium carbonate, Flaked peas, Salt, Cooked extruded linseed, Dried carrots, Di-calcium phosphate, Wheat germ.

In order that your horse benefits most from using MASTER KING we recommend that you start feeding it 3 months before the beginning of the season.

Weight gain without excitability

1kg or 2 litres per day for 3 to 4 months

Building up and maintenance of body reserves to cope with energy expenditure

Continue the distribution during the periods of energy expenditure

Preparation for breeding or sale

1kg or 2 litres per day for 3 to 4 months

Medium term energy expenditure for example eventing

3.3 to 5.5kg or 6 to 10 litres per day

Long term energy expenditure (endurance)

Full ration

Feed as a replacement for the same quantity (in Kg) of the usual feed.  MASTER KING should be used as a supplement or replacement to the normal feed, in addition to forage.  If you are using it as a replacement, we recommend that you introduce MASTER KING gradually.

Quantities should be adjusted according to the weight, body condition, age, level of activity, breed of the horse, taking into consideration the nature, quality and quantity of forage available.
